A、干烧型

产烘烤等。

2、民用电器产品（电热炉、烤箱烤盘、保温等），室内采暖设备，纺织品恒温应用，远红外理

疗产品，远红外汗蒸房产品等发热保温设备

B、湿烧型

主要应用于各种涉水电热产品的加热系统。

纳米微晶发热板常规产品尺寸：

400*150*4mm

300*300*4mm

干烧型常规产品功率：1kw(公差范围：+5%、—10%）

定制产品功率：1w~1kw(公差范围：+5%、—10%）

湿烧型常规产品功率：1.5kw(公差范围：+5%、—10%）

定制产品功率电压：1w~4kw(公差范围：+5%、—10%） 1v ~380v

一般温度控制在 400℃左右应用

通过石墨烯纳米镀膜发热技术，波长 4~18um 直接穿透以物理共振发热原理，让纳米微分子摩擦，

产生热能，通过远红外线不可见光辐射，区分于传统的电能转换热能和光能，减少了转成光能后的损

耗，大大提高了热效能（为 98%左右热效率）转换，使辐射物体达到快速升温的一种节能电热板。

The Nano-Electrothermal membrane glass ceramics heating plate is split into two main types.

A) Dry Heating Type

1.Energy saving heating and applications for industrial use.

Industrial electric oven heating, Injection molding machine heating, PCB copper-clad laminate baking,

Wood dehumidification and heating, Traditional Chinese medicine drying and heating, Agricultural

products drying and heating, Aerospace equipment and military insulation equipment, Lithium battery

production and Baking.

2.Domestic appliances and applications.

Electric stove, Oven grill, Heat preservation, Indoor heating equipment, Thermal wear materials, Far

infrared physiotherapy products, Far infrared steam/sauna products and heat insulation equipment.

B) Wet Heating Type

Mainly used in heating system that contact with water.

Heating principle

When a certain nano-particles is electrically charged, it gets agitated and the friction created is converted into heat

energy through the glass-ceramic plate as the carrier and radiate the far-infrared rays so that the irradiated object

can reach a rapid temperature rise achieving high heating performance at low voltage
