Automatic bag unpacking equipment (ABUE)is an intelligent bag unpacking machine for powder and granular materials. This machine has advanced structure, large unpacking capacity, good effect, reliable work and convenient maintenance. PLC automatic control technology is adopted, and the number of unpacking can be set according to the shaking time. It can be connected with upstream and downstream equipment. 自动拆包机通过滚筒输送机将整托盘的料垛输送到拆包机的抓包区域，拆包机的抓包机构下降逐层抓取整层包袋，并提升后水平移动整层包装袋到切刀装置进行破袋，破袋后物料经过抖袋装置抖落到下料斗中，空袋进入废袋收集器，经挤压后输出。

ABUE conveys the material stack to the bag grabbing area of the ABUE by the roller conveyor. The bag grabbing mechanism of the ABUE will grab the bags layer by layer, then moves the whole layer of bags horizontally to the cutter device to break the bags. After breaking the bags, the materials will fall into the lower hopper through the bag shaking device, and the empty bags will enter the waste bag collector, which will be output after being squeezed
