适用于灌装各类酱料（如番茄酱、辣椒酱、水果酱）等粘稠物料、高浓度及含果肉或颗粒饮料，甚至纯液体的定量灌装

本机采用活塞灌装原理，空罐经输送到达灌装位置后，压缩空气经气动三联件进入气缸，把灌装阀打开，活塞在凸轮的作用下在活塞缸内向下移动进行灌装，待灌装完毕后灌装阀在气缸的作用下自动关闭，活塞缸再进行吸料。灌好的罐子经出罐后被同步运转的钩子链送到封口机上进行封口。当封罐机的托罐机构升起托鍵盘后，压头压住盖子，两道滚轮分别在凸轮的作用下对罐进行预封和实封。封好后的罐在出罐拨轮的作用下送到出罐输送带上。
