进口锻钢闸阀工作原理:

Forged steel gate valve is suitable for water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing medium, urea and oil pipeline. The forged steel gate valve adopts the reduced diameter design. Compared with the cast steel gate valve with the same diameter, the flow rate is slightly smaller, but the pressure and temperature range are higher than those of the cast steel gate valve. The sealing performance is much better than that of the cast steel gate valve, and the service life is longer. The medium flow direction is not limited as other gate valves.

德国洛克《DE LOCKE》进口锻钢闸阀有三种阀盖设计形式。*种是螺栓式阀盖，按这种设计形式设计的阀门，其阀体与阀盖用螺栓螺母连接，缠绕式垫片(316夹柔性石墨制造)密封，客户有特殊要求时也可采用金属环连接；*种设计形式是焊接式阀盖，按这种设计形式的阀门，其阀体与阀盖用螺纹连接，全焊密封，客户有特殊要求时也可采用全焊逶连接；第三种是压力自紧式阀盖，按这种设计形式设计的阀门，其阀体与阀盖用螺纹连接，内压自密封环密封。

Brief introduction of imported forged steel gate valve products:
There are three kinds of bonnet design forms for the imported forged steel gate valve of German Locke de Locke. The first type is bolted bonnet. The valve body and bonnet are connected by bolts and nuts, and sealed by spiral wound gasket (made of 316 clip flexible graphite). When customers have special requirements, metal ring connection can be used. The second type is welded bonnet. The valve body and bonnet are connected by thread and sealed by full welding When there are special requirements, full welded connection can also be used; the third type is pressure self tightening bonnet. For the valve designed according to this design, the valve body and bonnet are connected by thread, and the internal pressure self sealing ring is used for sealing.
