产品。无铅或低铅工艺就是通过降低锌液中的铅含量，使锌层在凝固过程中增加形核点的数量，致使形核速度增加，同时降低晶粒长大速度，从而

阻止锌花晶粒的长大。无锌花产品表面不存在大量的晶界减薄和锌花的起伏，再经过光整后可获得非常平滑的表面。这种产品经涂漆后可得到高质量

的涂漆产品。同时无铅锌花的另一个好处是不会产生晶间腐蚀。晶间腐蚀是由于铅集中在晶界处，在潮湿环境的影响下造成锌层的机械性能下降。
