设备简介Equipment introduction:

　　该设备主要用于不锈钢、碳钢、铝等金属材质工件的环缝仿形焊接。其悬臂纵深根据工件定制。完成一圈焊接后，自动回位，大大提高了生产效率。仿形轨迹由PLC控制，不同规格无需更换夹具，省时省力。

　　The equipment is mainly used for ring seam copying welding of carbon steel,stainless steel,aluminum and other metal materials.Its cantilever depth is customized according to the workpieces.Complete a circle of welding,don’t need to return,greatly improve the production efficiency.Copying the trajectory is controlled by PLC,no need to change fixture for different specifications,saving time and effort.

　　适用于各种容器封头及筒身的接头环缝及仿形焊接。可用于五金、家电、消防器材、热水器、压力容器、汽车油箱、储气筒等行业。

　　1、主轴可安装仿形机构实现异形焊缝的焊接。如马鞍形，球形与圆形相贯线等。
