铁路声屏障模具介绍是一种专门应用在高架桥两侧的大型模板，声屏障模具全部采用钢板制作而成，一般长度为3960mm，标准型号的混凝土声屏障采用钢模板与橡胶垫组合而成，橡胶垫是孔的主要成型工具，橡胶垫的使用有效的解决了多个快孔预制混凝土成型的方案，而每套垫子的价格与钢模板价格类似，在制作这总大型钢模具的时候，要注意操作以及脱模的方便。铁路声屏障模具设计方式是长方体结构，厚度一般都是30公分，目前该模具在高铁声屏障上使用较多，高速公路使用复合材料的声屏障成品。所以该模具的使用具有显著的区域性，其他工程使用该模具的较少。声屏障模具的特点是组合而成，这点与其他钢模具相比有些不同，其他的钢模具就是单纯的钢板焊接，不需要其他模具的搭配。
